Since many of you were interested by Qadisha Trekking but couldn't take part of it this Saturday, I am suggesting to plan it for next Sunday 30 October: The weather forecast seams great and it is a great season for the trekking. Take into consideration that children from 4 years can take part of this outing. I am hoping for your confirmation as soon as possible! If some are still intersted to do the treck this saturday kindly advise as well.

Trekking in the Valley of the saints from Blaouza to reach the convent of Our Lady of Qannoubine. Lunch at Abou Joseph in the valley and finish the day with the visit of the convent of Mar Eisha'.

Dicscovering the traditional and modern techniques of olive picking. Dicsovering the tradional and old techniques of olive pressing and lunch in the famous koura pizzeria, Napoli.

- Sunday 13 November: Knights and princesses (Full day 10:00-17:30)
Discovery of two unknown fortresses of Mseilha and Smar Jbeil. Activities and play roles around the theme of the knights and the princesses. Lunch in a nice restaurant in the mountains.

- Saturday 19 November: Mushrooms picking in the Woods (Half day 15:30-18:30)
Small trekking in the woods with a specialist to discover different kind of mushrooms.

- December 3: Orange, clementine and mandarin picking (Half-day 15:30-18:30)
Head to the south of Lebanon to reach a wonderful field of oranges, clementines and mandarins just in front of Eshmoun temples.

Take a short trek in the woods to collect all kinds of natural materials to prepare Xmas decorations.

Visit an orphanage or an old people's house to decorate their center with them and distribute Christmas gifts.

Visit a peanuts and nuts factory, followed by a visit to the Pepsi factory to find out how these familiar items are made.
