Post About Tripoli Reply with quote
I noticed pictures of Tripoli on discoverlebanon.com are mostly of rural and poor areas.

I wanted to comment that these images are also seen in other cities even in regions of Beirut; and that even though there are many poor and not well educated people in Tripoli, this is not the majority in that city where most of the people are indeed well educated.

However I also think the people's mentality there in general needs to change a little to the better.

Tripoli, despite being the second capital of Lebanon, is a very neglected city. It's called "the dead city" now, after having been for over centuries the center of influence and cultural exchange and knowledege ...
so depressing Sad

But what about our mentality? what's wrong with it ?!
