Looking for Relatives

Hi my name is Angie Johnson

my Siti was born in Lebanon in the mountain area around 1908. She is the child of Dahar Monsour La Asmar, and Adba Selhaeb. They had eight children: Asaad, Tonas, Chibel, Asmar, Rose, LaBeBe, Elias, and Norah who is my Siti. She came to the states around 1921 with her brother Elias, and settled in Wheeling, West Virgina.

Can anybody help me in finding out her birth records. I know Dahar Monsour La Asmar was born in Al'' Urbaniyah, and Adba Selhaeb was born in Rumi. (not sure of spelling)

My Gidi''s Parents were Yahoab Boutrous born in Pehunas(spelling?) and his mother Tafaia Milan was born in Libnen.

If anyone has any ideas how to find Norah Monsour (La Asmar) birth records of 1908, please, Please let me know.
