The location is an experience by itself as you will be surrounded by splendid and breathtaking greenery scenes and trees which can only grow at this altitude, best God’s creation.

Most particularly with the high elevation, you will enjoy a wonderful escape from the humid and dusty coast

- Gathering point will be at 13:00 at Fuad Chehab stadium – Jounieh, departure at 13:30

- Our camping journey will start as soon as we get to the camping site. After unloading the camping gear, we will be divided into 2 teams. The first team will be setting up the tents and preparing the location of the campfire, while the second team will be taking care of collecting some woods from the surrounding bushes guided by professional ecological experts.

Surrounding the crackling fire, you will have the opportunity of barbecuing your own food while enjoying the charming atmosphere and surroundings. (Talented people are also welcomed to bring any musical instrument to add some heat to the atmosphere)

- Following a local Saj breakfast, our adventures journey will begin as you will have 2 options of adventures.

Option 1: Hiking in the reserve

Hiking in the beautiful reserve escorted by a professional guide to explain about the history of the reserve and the different type of existing cedars and other trees (level of hikes are easy to moderate starting from 1h up to 3h, as per your preference).

The Cedars remains Lebanon's top paragliding location, especially for those seeking their first thrill of flying on a high altitude. 

For those who desire higher dosage of adrenaline, you will have the option of paragliding (optional and excluded from the total package).

- We will conclude our journey with an open Lebanese mezze and grills (arak and soft drinks are included) in a well reputed Lebanese restaurant located at the reserve.

Price per person is 65$ all inclusive of transportation in a shuttle bus, camping gear, first aid material…, dinner, next day hiking trip and guides, Lunch with open soft drinks and arak).

Price excludes the following: Beverages at the Camping site, Saj Breakfast, Paraglide ride (for those who desire).

- Your own private tent (Optional)

- Sleeping bag, small pillow and a blanket

- Personal care items: soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, a towel, toilet papers

- Walking or hiking shoes, extra socks, sunglasses, sunscreen, cap, Hiking sticks

- Flashlights with extra batteries

Expected time to return back to Beirut is 19:00 on Sunday July 4thth.
