Rice pudding
Riz bi Halib

4 c milk
½ c rice and 1 c water
1 c sugar

1. Wash the rice until water is clear.

2. In sauce pan, cook rice in the water and, when tender, cover with milk and sugar. Constantly stir in same direction until it thickens.

3. Pour into small bowl and refrigerate.

Another rice pudding with Jell-O topping
Follow as recipe with rice pudding. When pudding is cool cover with three or four tablespoons of liquid Jell-O (according to size of bowl, Jell-O layer should be at least ½ inch thick - folow direction for making Jell-O). Refrigerate the pudding.
